The entire 2013 Mac was transferred to the new M1 Mac using Apple Migration Assistant.Just to be clear, which one of the following ways were Lightroom Classic and Photoshop transferred to the new Mac? The same happened with Photoshop.… Adobe…were finally able to load a Rosetta copy onto another login on my computer, but it doesn't look right and doesn't work right. M1 Pro chip (the graphics card is apparently integrated into the I downloaded the LR Classic the button showed but it did nothing. Does anyone know if changing the OS to Big Sur or another OS will fix the problem or is it in the chip/graphics card? Any guidance? Will Adobe ever get up to speed on this? Should I hang on to this computer and wait for the fix. I'll be back on the phone with Adobe tomorrow but their tech support doesn't seem to be up on this issue or possibly even talk to each other.

I was on the phone for hours with Adobe without help, then on the phone with Apple without help and finally on Chat with Adobe again. Looking through this community, it looks like this has been going on since this chip came out but I saw that one person with a MacBook Air was able to get it to run, but it wasn't running Monterey. When I downloaded the LR Classic the button showed but it did nothing.

I expected to have to transfer the license to the new computer but the issue went way beyond that. My old late 2013 MacBook Pro was okay but would not run the 64-bit new version of LR Classic which made the new Masking feature unavailable. I just bought the new MacBook Pro hoping that it would be screaming fast for processing on Lightroom Classic.
